There are 1.436 new cases of covid that have emerged in the last 24 hours in Campania, of which 328 cases were identified by rapid antigen tests.
Of the 1.436 new positives, 100 were symptomatic. Today's swabs are 15.061 (of which 4.209 are antigenic). The total number of positives in Campania since the beginning of the emergency rises to 255.754 (of which 4.491 are antigenic), the total number of swabs processed is 2.820.917 (of which 87.322 are antigenic). Today's bulletin released by the Campania Region Crisis Unit includes 38 deaths, 17 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 21 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday. The total number of deaths recorded in Campania since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic rises to 4.179. Today's recoveries are 2.117, the total number of recoveries rises to 181.042.
Hospitalizations of Covid patients in intensive care and in hospital wards are increasing in Campania. There are 132 intensive care beds occupied by Covid patients, 7 more than the data provided yesterday by the Campania Region Crisis Unit in the daily bulletin. The hospital beds occupied by Covid patients are 1.327, 8 more than yesterday. The total intensive care beds available in Campania on a regional basis are 656, while the hospital beds available are 3.160 between Covid beds and private offerings.
