The Carabinieri of the Varcaturo station tracked down and arrested Tank Yahuza, a 35-year-old of Ghanaian origins already known to the police.
The man, after being released from prison on January 20th with the obligation to report daily to the judicial police, had effectively disappeared, which is why the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere had issued another provision against him.
The military began searching for the person they were capturing and tracked him down in Via Ripuaria while he was in the company of some of his compatriots. He is now in prison.
