Rome – Naples line (via Formia), from 07:10 am rail traffic slowed between Aversa and Villa Literno due to a technical problem with the power line: commuters stranded.
The carriage traffic has been blocked since 5 this morning due to a technical problem with the power line supplying the trains. The problem occurred between San Marcellino and Villa Literno where technicians intervened. An attempt was made to find a solution by changing the route of some trains, but the situation remained critical.
Trains were delayed up to two hours, but many commuters decided to use other vehicles (private cars and buses) to get to work.
