At the conclusion of intensive investigations coordinated by the Naples Juvenile Prosecutor's Office and conducted by the Naples Pianura Carabinieri Station, the seven minors (aged between 13 and 14) who the day before yesterday, at school closing time, near the Ferdinando Russo Comprehensive Institute in the Pianura neighborhood, attacked with kicks and punches another 13-year-old, also hitting him with a knuckle-duster, have been identified.

The investigations also revealed that, about a week earlier, the same seven minors, for trivial reasons following a football match, had committed a similar attack against the same young man and his friend, threatening them on that occasion with a knife.
The victim is still under observation at Santobono hospital, due to the multiple bruises and facial trauma suffered following the attack.
With regard to the seven minors, in agreement with the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, the Carabinieri of the Naples Pianura Carabinieri Station have elected domicile for the crimes of aggravated personal injury in competition and illegal possession of bladed weapons.
