On Sunday 22 February, at 3,15:XNUMX a.m., a hooded individual approaches a marquee of an outdoor gazebo of a bar and, after taking out a knife, cuts and disfigures it.
Sarebbe stata accoltellata? Noi commercianti siamo esasperati, chiediamo più sicurezza e più volanti.”.
"These are inexplicable gestures that have no reason to exist, and yet they are now the order of the day. We cannot explain how there can be individuals so insensitive and disrespectful of others, especially of a category already strongly affected and damaged by the covid emergency. Whether it is vandalism for its own sake, theft, robbery, it is clear that traders are experiencing a highly dramatic moment and many of them have been forced to lower their shutters and others will do so, no attempt is made at least to help and protect them.
We have been asking for a long time now for an emergency plan that involves all law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of citizens and merchants. It is also disturbing to discover that at a time when it is forbidden to go out there are people who walk around undisturbed with knives causing damage". Borrelli's words.
