Following the General Assembly of Workers, held on 23 February 2021, the undersigned Trade Union Organizations communicate the interruption of industrial relations at the institute level and ask to resolve the disputes that have emerged at the regional level.
On several occasions, the trade unions have attempted, through mediation spaces, to resolve disputes arising from misinterpretations by management of the relevant legislation that have caused serious inconvenience to workers.
The constant non-application of both agreements signed at local level and Service Orders issued by the Administration itself, has determined a dangerous decline in the efficiency of administrative action.
Having noted the total lack of will on the part of this management to want to remedy the workers' problems and the irregularities already highlighted to the ministerial leaders and national unions, the undersigned Organizations are forced to interrupt industrial relations, delegating the resolution of disputes to another level.
