The investigating judge at the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere has ordered the archiving of the investigation against me, as mayor of Marcianise, regarding the alleged irregularities in the Interporto affair.
The archiving also concerns the councilors of my previous administration Concetta Marino, Angelo Musone, Antonietta Paolella, Tommaso Rossano, Nicola Salzillo and Gabriele Trombetta.
The preliminary investigations judge accepted the request for archiving made by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, which had started investigations against me for five years.
The investigation was triggered by a complaint from some opposition councilors of Marcianise. The same ones who have filed several other complaints against me and who continue to accuse me of fraud of all kinds.
As part of the investigation, the Public Prosecutor's Office had also requested a restrictive measure against me and some other council members. The story ended up in all the newspapers: the media massacre I suffered is unprecedented. The massacre on the sidewalk was even more devastating: they said everything about me. Really everything.
Time is a gentleman, I say. I add that there is always a judge in Berlin. I have now been able to acquire some documentation relating to the investigation: we will talk about it in the next few days. For now, that's fine.
