Drug dealer arrested on bicycle in Battipaglia. A street check by the Battipaglia Police Station Agents, then a house search.
The State Police Agents arrested SM, born in 1994, a citizen of Guinea, caught in the act of committing the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing.
In particular, the agents of the Battipaglia Police Station, during a check in via Olevano, stopped a young man on a bicycle.
The young SM, born in 1994, a citizen of Guinea, appeared very suspicious and the Agents immediately carried out a more thorough check of the young man, who was found, in fact, in possession of doses of drugs hidden inside his jacket.
The pusher had hidden three packages of hashish, wrapped in plastic, and inside his wallet he kept the sum of 550 euros in small and medium denomination banknotes. The agents of the Police Station then carried out a house search, and inside the bedroom, in a closet, they found another 20 packages, divided into bars, of hashish.
Another dose was found in the kitchen of the house.
Therefore, SM was arrested by the Police Agents because he was responsible for possession of a narcotic substance for the purpose of dealing.
The drug dealer was placed under house arrest at his home pending the validation trial.
