They illegally dump waste on the street: caught by video surveillance cameras and fined. It happened in Aversa

They stop their car on the edge of a small road and illegally dump bulky waste.

This is what happened in Aversa, where two 'dirty men' were captured by video surveillance cameras, installed by the administration of Mayor Alfonso Golia, while they were committing this uncivilized act.
