È what happened to Michele C., a 28-year-old from Caserta, already arrested in 2018 for being in possession of 400 grams of cocaine. On the evening of Wednesday 24 February, in via Trento, he was found in possession of 19,5 grams of crack. The drug was contained in a package with the ready-made doses that was thrown into the street in the sight of the officers of the Caserta Police Headquarters Flying Squad by the 28-year-old who was having a conversation with another individual.
The police, suspicious of the sudden gesture, recovered the package and arrested the pusher for illegal possession of a narcotic substance for the purpose of dealing. This morning, having accepted the request of his defense, Judge Luciana Crisci of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere ordered house arrest.
