Building abuses in Castellabate, crimes time-barred. The Court of Appeal of Salerno sentences three defendants to pay costs

The judges (president Diego Cavaliere) have in fact confirmed part of the first degree sentence, condemning the three defendants to pay the costs incurred by the civil party, represented by the lawyer Gennaro De Falco.
Prescribed abuses
Furthermore, they declared that they did not have to proceed for the abuses that ended up in prescription. The complaint had been filed by the owner of another house in the same building according to which the works had started through a simplified building permit.
