He allegedly repeatedly beat his disabled sister, causing her moral and psychological suffering.
For this reason, a fifty-three-year-old from Benevento was removed from the family home. This was ordered by an order issued by the investigating judge of the Benevento Court at the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the end of the investigations conducted by the Carabinieri.
The victim – according to investigators – suffered physical violence for almost two years, with slaps, kicks, punches and blows with a stick. The 53-year-old would also have had threatening attitudes towards other family members, who did not intervene, fearing his possible retaliation.
