In Cercola, the mural dedicated to a murdered criminal was removed: it had been painted on the perimeter wall of a school
This morning in Cercola, on the corner of Via Matilde Serao and Via Moro, the municipal administration, assisted by law enforcement, removed the mural dedicated to Giuseppe Sannino, a convicted felon killed by gunfire on June 25, 2012. The Prefecture of Naples announced this.
Order and Security Committee
The mural was painted on the perimeter wall of a publicly owned school. The action was triggered following an operation agreed upon in a special technical table, in compliance with the results of the Committee for Public Order and Safety of the metropolitan area of March 4th.
