Covid cases continue to grow in Campania. According to the Regional Crisis Unit, there are 2.780 positive cases today, of which 2.237 are asymptomatic, out of 23.988 swabs (4.102 antigenic).
The rate is 11.58% against 9,93% yesterday. This shows that the Campania Region is in the midst of the third wave of the pandemic. There are 40 deaths (21 in the last 48 hours, 19 previously but recorded yesterday) for a total of 4.414. The recovered are 1.034. The occupied intensive care beds are 140 (out of 656 available), those of hospitalization available 1.357 out of 3.160.
The total number of positive cases in Campania since the beginning of the emergency is 276.976 (of which 7.308 are antigenic), the total number of swabs processed is 3.015.852 (of which 122.730 are antigenic). Today's bulletin released by the Campania Region Crisis Unit includes 40 new deaths, 21 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 19 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday. The total number of deaths recorded in Campania since the beginning of the pandemic is 4.414. There are 1.034 new recoveries; the total number of recoveries in Campania is 189.604. In Campania, there are 140 Covid patients hospitalized in intensive care, 1.357 hospitalized in inpatient wards.
