Covid: Osapp, vaccines immediately in the Caserta prison Carinola
Osapp in the person of the regional secretary of Campania Palmieri Vincenzo and his deputy Castaldo Luigi visited the Carinola prison this morning to see first-hand the alleged organizational and functional criticalities within the penitentiary, following the departure of the 3 colleagues.
Unfortunately, the battle against Covid-19 is still ongoing and the management with the command supported by the Prap, are deploying all their forces to prevent new infections through screening with daily nasopharyngeal swabs for the small number of Penitentiary Police personnel remaining on site, all within a civil protection tent located in the entire structure. This also happens for the detained population in the detention areas.
The Osapp Autonomous Penitentiary Police Union, among the most representative in the territory in this historical epidemiological moment, with today's presence at the Carinola prison, observing the individual protocols imposed by the DPCM, wanted to demonstrate as always and as in other circumstances, closeness and solidarity to all the women and men of the Baschi Azzurri operating in the headquarters who are demonstrating courage and a high sense of duty in carrying out their institutional duties, however the Osapp will not continue to fail in its commitment to further urge the heads of the Penitentiary Administration department and the Ministry of Justice, so that everyone is vaccinated as soon as possible to protect the health of those who perform an essential service for the State.
