After performing at the 71st Sanremo Festival, the duo from Romagna reached first place on Spotify's Viral 50 Italia with the song “Io sono Luca”.
“Io sono Luca” is a song that reflects all of us with our fears and everyday challenges.
The music video for the song is an original story directed by the Creativite team and features the Dellai family. Luca has always lived his life inside a shopping cart pushed by his twin brother Matteo. Luca sleeps, eats, washes, plays the guitar and grows up (in an ironic-surreal-funny scenario) inside his world/cart pushed by his brother Matteo and his friends, the only ones who support him in his life. His only dream, born when he was little after seeing an advertisement, is to transform the cart with the help of his brother into a plane so he can fly and finally feel free.
The Artists, through the trolley, wanted to tell their age and the shields and protections that young people create when real problems arrive in life, problems that for each of them can be mountains that are difficult to cross.
"But if that cart is pushed by someone - explains Matteo Dellai - in this case by a brother, then you are no longer alone, you no longer feel alone, there is someone with you who supports you and tolerates your fears and helps you overcome the obstacles you experience every day."
And then there is the dream that every young person wants to make come true and having the support of someone who helps you make it come true is something extraordinary, a real miracle, like what will happen in the video, when Matteo builds a pair of wings for his brother and attaches them to the trolley, then takes him to a theater and with a projection he will give him the feeling that he can finally fly and be free. This song talks about friendship and brotherhood, problems are always there and will always be there, but what matters most is finding a place and people to overcome them and move forward.

Dellai is a project that started from the passion of two brothers for music. Already in adolescence the two enjoyed writing songs but as time went by the two paths diverged, maintaining composition and musical writing as the only glue. Luca, after attending the music high school continued his studies at the Rossini Conservatory of Pesaro, parallel to a degree in economics, Matteo, instead, interested in the world of architecture, continued his studies at the University of Ferrara. Despite the distance, the two have always cultivated an interest in music, writing and composition.
In recent years they have found themselves in a new project “Dellai”, from which a single has already been released, available on all digital platforms, entitled: “Non passa gli agricole”.
The new song by Dellai – already available on all streaming platforms since December 4th and which will compete at the next Sanremo Festival in the New Proposals category – is titled “Io sono Luca” (Virgin Records) – and has been on radio rotation since February 5th.
The official video clip of the song is available on YouTube from February 17th
