Two slight earthquakes have been recorded in the last few hours in Sannio by the seismographs of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology.
Both seismic events occurred in the Morcone area, in the province of Benevento with a magnitude of 2.2 yesterday evening and 2.6 at 8:32 this morning at a depth of 9 kilometers. At the moment no damage to people or things has been reported.

Yesterday evening's earthquake, estimated at magnitude 2.2, occurred in the area five kilometers from Morcone (in the province of Benevento), a few kilometers from Gioia Sannitica (in the province of Caserta), at a depth of seven kilometers.
