As part of the investigation called “Casa Covid”, delegated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Potenza, the NAS of Potenza and the Carabinieri of Viggiano are executing two precautionary custody orders in prison against two members of the Casa Alloggio per anziani of Marsicovetere, considered responsible for negligent epidemic and manslaughter to the detriment of 22 elderly people and defrauding of incapacitated people.
The details will be provided by the Chief Prosecutor of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Potenza at the press conference to be held at 12.00 at the Prosecutor's Office.
