The Carabinieri of the Frattamaggiore station arrested Mijailovic Robert, 27, and Jevremovic Milosav Ivan, 20, both already known to the police and residents of the gypsy camp in Naples-Secondigliano, in flagrante delicto for attempted aggravated theft in a home.
The two were surprised and stopped by the military – engaged in a territorial control operation – as they were leaving a terraced house in Frattaminore. Carabinieri they ascertained that the 2 had entered the villa by forcing the entrance door. The two men - probably warned by an accomplice who was acting as a lookout and who is being investigated for identification - tried to flee at the sight of the carabinieri.

They were stopped after a short chase on foot. Searched, they were found in possession of two large screwdrivers and latex gloves. The owners of the house, immediately notified, found the entire house in disarray but reported that nothing had been stolen. The arrested are awaiting trial.
