Juve Stabia crushes Palermo and relaunches
Incredible feat by Juve Stabia at the Renzo Barbera in Palermo: it ends 4-2 for mister Padalino's boys thanks to goals by Berardocco, Fantacci and a brace by Marotta. For the rosanero, a brace by Luperini. A victory with a historic flavour, three points that relaunch Juve Stabia in the standings once again.
A show of strength of the important kind, especially for the many absences for this away game: Cernigoi, Orlando, Garattoni, Vallocchia and Troest just to name a few. All starters of a team that, however, had no fear and no fear of going to Palermo and trying to accomplish the feat. A feat that already after the first 7 minutes seemed like a real Everest to climb, when Russo and Berardocco literally gifted the goal of the advantage to the home team. A shocking start, less than half an hour of only Palermo on the pitch. Then it was Berardocco himself, with the armband on, to sound the charge and to equalize the match with a strong and precise left-footed shot.
From then on, the Wasps gained awareness and played a careful and super cynical match up front. The second half, in fact, was a goal festival: first Fantacci, very good on the counterattack and closing a triangle with the interesting Guarracino; then it was Marotta's show with a brace in just a few minutes. A few moments from the end of the match, Luperini found the goal for 2-4 when, however, there was too little left. It is worth noting Lucca's expulsion in the 95th minute. Juve Stabia accomplished a feat, there is little to add.
