Twenty-four Youth Forums of Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Naples have signed and sent today a letter to Mayor De Magistris in which they ask for the convening of the Electoral Assembly of the Metropolitan Forum.
"Three years after the first meeting and a year and a half after the approval of July 3, 2019," the delegates stated in their letter, "there are still no firm dates for the Electoral Assembly, a crucial moment for the implementation and official launch of the Forum of the Metropolitan City of Naples."
The Forum was created as a permanent body for the Metropolitan City to propose and consult on various social and cultural issues of interest to young people, and aims to serve as a tool for connecting young people with institutions.

“The time has come for an act of courage: call us! – the cry of the young people – We are not unprepared, the call in person is impossible in the red zone, and this is why for months we have been asking that the Assembly be held through digital means that can allow us to attend remotely”
“We don’t want to continue to float in the limbo of constant postponements – they conclude – we want to leap towards the future!”
