Flags at half-mast tomorrow at the Rectorate of the Unisannio of Benevento to remember Laura Leone.
The 22-year-old from Arpaise, a young student of Civil Engineering at the Sannio University, died yesterday following the overturning of the off-road vehicle in which she was traveling together with three friends, two of whom are still in serious conditions.
"The University of Sannio learns with disbelief the news of the passing of Laura Leone, a civil engineering student. The Sannio university joins her family and friends in this immense and unjust pain." This is written on the official Facebook page of the University.
And again: "The first thought is for her, for the interruption of her life project, then for her parents, for the effort they will have to make to survive. The death of a young woman affects everyone and pushes us to reflect and to search for meaning in the loss. A life that ends too soon takes away a bit of future and confidence from everyone. Her beauty, her smile, the strength and determination of a young woman will remain in our memories."
