Naples: illegal goods seized in Chiaia by officers from the Avvocata and Chiaia operational units who intervened yesterday following reports received from citizens regarding the presence of street vendors and in particular in via Chiaia, via Toledo, via Nazario Sauro, via Cesario Console.
Goods without CE marking and without authorization titles were seized: 4500 cell phone covers; 450 pairs of glasses; 770 toys; 350 protective films for cell phones; 30 headgear; 150 various bracelets and necklaces; 200 pieces of cell phone accessories. Furthermore, the following were seized under criminal law, as they were counterfeit: 120 covers, 30 belts and 500 cell phone covers, all held by a subject stopped and subjected to photo-signalling for the necessary identification checks.
