Weather Italy. Temperatures plummet across half of Italy. Weekend characterized by cold air coming from the Balkans that will cause temperatures to plummet by 8-10 degrees, not only in the North but also in all the Adriatic regions.
OIn addition to the cooler weather, some rain will also return. The site team www.iLMeteo.it reports that from the very early hours of Saturday Bora winds will enter the Northeast where the precipitations present will be quickly carried towards the Northwest (snow at about 800 meters). The weather will also worsen in Marche, Abruzzo and Molise (snow on the Apennines at 1500 meters), in the internal areas of Lazio, in lower Tuscany and finally in Sardinia.
Some showers are not to be excluded even in the Caserta, Naples, Potenza and Foggia areas. Sunday will see the return of a certain atmospheric stability with a sky full of clouds, but very little precipitation and more likely on the central-southern Apennines.
Only in Sardinia is the weather destined to worsen in the evening due to the approach of a cyclonic vortex. As mentioned, temperatures in the North and on the Adriatic sectors will lose 8-10 C with maximum values that will not exceed 10-11 C, while night temperatures will return to almost zero, not only in the North, but also in the internal areas of the Center.
Today in the north: lots of clouds, worsening in the evening in the Triveneto. In the center: showers in Sardinia, showers between Tuscany and Umbria, showers on the coasts of Lazio.
In the south: scattered showers in Sicily, isolated in Calabria.
Tomorrow in the north: early hours with rain from the Northeast towards the Northwest. In the center: worsening in the Adriatic regions and in Sardinia and part of Lazio.
In the south: mostly dry.
Sunday 7: scattered clouds, cooler.
In the center: a bit unstable on the Apennines and the Sassari area.
In the south: some showers in Basilicata.
Next week: disturbance from Sardinia towards the Center-South.
