Threatens to release hard photos of ex: 39-year-old banned from approaching
He did everything to force the girl, who had been in a relationship with him for three years, to give up her intention of breaking off their relationship.
Since last November, the man has thus begun constant psychological pressure on the girl, telling her that if she did not change her mind, he would have divulged videos and photos of her in explicit sexual acts. The threat became even stronger when the girl received a letter containing confidences that only she and the man could know and a USB stick containing erotic images. Increasingly intimidated, also by the fact that her parents were among the recipients on the address of the envelope, she then turned to the investigators of the Sant'Ippolito police station, directed by Roberto Cioppa.
Based on the information provided by the victim and the presence of a large amount of photo and video material – found by investigators on the man’s phone – compatible with that on the USB stick sent to the victim, the police officers filed a criminal report against the 39-year-old from the province of Naples with the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office, which issued a double ban on him from communicating with the victim and from approaching her. The police officers also found videos on the man’s phone, in which he, by positioning the camera under the skirts of unaware victims, portrayed their underwear. The measures were notified by investigators last Thursday.
