Naples, High impact at the “Rione Monterosa”
IYesterday evening, the agents of the Scampia Police Station and the Local Police, with the support of the Nibbio of the General Prevention Office and the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the area of the “Monterosa” district.
During the activity, 89 people were identified, of which 6 were fined for failure to comply with the anti-Covid-19 measures because they were not wearing a mask and because they were outside their municipality of residence without a justified reason; 60 vehicles were checked, of which 13 motorcycles were subjected to administrative seizure and 3 were seized for the purpose of subsequent confiscation; in addition, 45 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license, lack of insurance coverage and failure to use a protective helmet, imposing fines for a total of 55.000 euros.
