Naples, anti-gathering controls. A bar in the Decumani area closed.
Yesterday, the officers of the Decumani Police Station carried out services aimed at preventing and combating violations of the current anti-Covid-19 regulations in the "movida" areas in Piazza San Giovanni Maggiore, Largo Girolamo Giusso, Largo Banchi Nuovi, Via Mezzocannone, Via Enrico De Marinis and in the adjacent streets.
During the activity, 99 people were identified, 5 of whom were fined for failure to comply with anti-Covid-19 measures because they were caught consuming alcoholic beverages on the street and because they were circulating beyond the permitted hours without a justified reason.
Furthermore, the owner of a bar in Via Mezzocannone was fined for being caught serving drinks outside the permitted hours and the premises were also ordered to close for 4 days.
