“On Wednesday, March 10, I underwent thoracic surgery at Pascale. The operation went very well and I was amazed by the hospital and all the staff who are extraordinary, of a level that in northern Italy they only dream of. I found a super clean, hygienic and tidy environment and the assistance was impeccable. Every day they come to the room, which is a double, to take the order for meals via iPad, it felt like being in a restaurant. Above all, the thing that struck me most was the warmth and humanity that I found in the healthcare staff who were able to completely make up for the absence of family members who, due to Covid, can no longer enter hospitals to provide assistance and comfort to their loved ones who are hospitalized. It is a reality that must be highlighted.”

We must denounce the rottenness and highlight the positive notes, also to pay homage to and support the category of healthcare workers who have been making maximum efforts to contain the pandemic for more than a year, only in this way will citizens regain total trust in their territory and in the institutions "- commented Councilor Borrelli with radio host Gianni Simioli.
