The Mobile Squad officers executed two precautionary custody orders issued by the GIP of the Juvenile Court of Naples, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court, and by the GIP of the Court of Naples North, at the request of the local Prosecutor's Office, respectively against three minors and MS and VZ, Neapolitans aged 20 and 21, all seriously suspected of aggravated robbery.
The same individuals are being investigated in connection with a robbery committed in via Giovanni Pascoli in Casoria on the night between January 1st and 2nd, when some individuals, riding motorcycles, approached a man riding a scooter and, after cutting him off, blocked him and beat him, threatening him with a gun and taking possession of his vehicle.
