More specifically, they were the “Green Berets” of Naples Employment Group who, in the public utility service "117", during the anti-covid checks, discovered, in the heart of the "Maddalena" local market, 3.850 disposable masks without the CE mark and information or warnings in Italian, and another 300 facial devices with counterfeit "Louis Vuitton", "Chanel", "Disney", "Marvel" logos.
The owner, a 40-year-old of Chinese origin, was reported for receiving stolen goods and counterfeiting, as well as reported to the Chamber of Commerce for administrative violations provided for by the Consumer Code.
During a second operation, the Portici Company seized, from a Chinese wholesaler of lighting items, 700 face masks with false certifications regarding the characteristics of personal protective equipment, 5400 counterfeit items of clothing and 127.000 lighting products without information in Italian for consumers.

In this case too, the owner, a 59-year-old of Chinese origin, was reported for receiving stolen goods and counterfeiting, as well as reported to the Chamber of Commerce for violations of the Consumer Code.
