Naples, 16 new cameras in Ponticelli and Fuorigrotta: completion of two video surveillance projects
La Prefecture of Naples will work with the competent bodies to complete two video surveillance projects, already financed with funds from the POR Campania, which include 12 new cameras with license plate readers in the Ponticelli neighborhood and 4 in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood.
It is one of the decisions taken in the Inter-force Coordination meeting that took place this morning in the presence of the prefect Marco Valentini. At the center of the meeting, the resurgence of episodes of organized crime in Naples and in some municipalities of the metropolitan area.

Specific attention for Brusciano and Somma Vesuviana. For these Municipalities the following has been ordered with immediate effect:
– the implementation of the information activity of the law enforcement agencies;
– strengthening territorial control;
– the planning of extraordinary controls through “High Impact” inter-force operations.
