The “baretti” area of Chiaia, the historic center, the seafront and some areas of the Vomero neighborhood will be the areas of Naples subjected to “specific attention and particular control” next weekend.
This was decided during the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Safety chaired by the Prefect of NAPLES Marco Valentini and held yesterday evening. During the meeting, the planning was reviewed with particular attention to the phenomena of organized crime. Subsequently, the devices put in place during the next weekend were examined to verify compliance with the regulatory requirements dictated for the containment of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency.
MOST RISK AREAS UNDER CONTROL
“The areas where there are larger gatherings, such as the bar area, the historic center, the seafront and some areas of the Vomero district, are the object of specific attention and particular control, in agreement with the Municipality of NAPLES”, reads a note released by the Prefecture of NAPLES. Furthermore, in the presence of the general directors of the ASL NAPLES 1 Center, NAPLES 2 North and NAPLES 3 South, the issue concerning the start of the vaccination plan for law enforcement personnel, local police and firefighters as well as civilian personnel of the Ministry of the Interior who serve in this metropolitan area was addressed.
“The Prefecture – explains the note – has coordinated the activities for the creation of the lists of people to be vaccinated, which have been uploaded to the dedicated IT platform and the local health authorities will schedule the administration operations”.
