They abandon a clandestine gun and flee: 2 minors arrested, a 19-year-old reported
I Carabinieri of the Somma Vesuviana station they arrested for illegal possession of a clandestine weapon and receiving stolen goods a 16-year-old with no criminal record and a 17-year-old already known to the police, both locals. A 19-year-old already known to the police was reported at large for the same crime.
The soldiers were busy checking a prisoner under house arrest in Parco Fiordaliso, when they noticed the 3 boys inside the building running along the stairs, towards the roof.
While fleeing, chased by the Carabinieri, the young men abandoned a 7,65 caliber semi-automatic pistol with the serial number erased.
They were stopped and the two minors were transferred to the First Reception Center for Minors in Naples. The weapon was seized and will be subjected to ballistic tests to verify whether they were used for bloody crimes or intimidation.
