Following the positive tests of Inter Milan players D'Ambrosio and Handanovic, Vecino and De Vrij have now been confirmed. The Nerazzurri, who received notification from Milan's ATS (formerly ASL), will therefore postpone Saturday's match against Sassuolo.

Inter-Sassuolo will not be played on Saturday 20 March. The ASL of Milan has ordered this – the Nerazzurri club's website informs – after the official announcement of the positivity to Covid-19 of Stefan de Vrij and Matias Vecino, which are added to those of Danilo D'Ambrosio and captain Samir Handanovic. In addition to the postponement of the match, the health authority – as stated on the website of theInter – has prohibited “all Nerazzurri players called up by their respective national teams from responding to the call-ups”.
