The FIGC prosecutor's office has opened a file on the AC Milan player who allegedly committed the penalty not awarded to the Rossoneri and then the subsequent foul on Osimhen.
La Prosecutor's Office of the Football Federation has opened a file on Theo Hernandez regarding a post, published and immediately removed, in which the AC Milan striker criticized referee Pasqua after the defeat against Napoli, 'guilty' of not having awarded a penalty to the Rossoneri even after the appeal to the VAR.

The 23-year-old Frenchman, former Real Madrid and Real Sociedad, had let off steam on Instagram by posting a photo of the referee of the Tivoli section 'accompanied' by four emoticons depicting vomiting. Hernandez had immediately deleted the story, which in the meantime however has gone viral. Hence the decision of the Federal Prosecutor's Office to 'investigate' the incident.
