It failed to pay withholding taxes to its employees, an unlawful conduct that, in addition to tax savings, allowed a company in Sant'Antonio Abate, in the province of Naples, operating in the waste collection sector, to gain a prominent position on the market, thus distorting competition.

The kidnapping

For all this, a preventive seizure order was executed aimed at confiscating assets worth 1.2 million euros. 368.692 euros of liquid sums lying in various current accounts and three properties (including two garages and an apartment) for an estimated value of over 150 thousand euros were seized from the company and its legal representative.

The measure was taken after economic-financial investigations carried out by the company Guardia di Finanza of Castellammare di Stabia on behalf of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Torre Annunziata.
