Bulldozers in action to demolish the “Monster”: a mega illegal villa of over a thousand square meters

This morning, as already happened with several illegal buildings in the municipalities of Cellole and Sessa Aurunca, the demolition of an enormous structure began illegal construction in reinforced concrete, located in the municipality of Casal di Principe to the “San Donato Extension”, built on various raised levels, including a ground floor of approximately 340 m17 with XNUMX reinforced concrete support pillars, on which rests the first floor slab of the same dimensions as the first floor, with a connecting reinforced concrete staircase.

On this last floor rest numerous supporting pillars in reinforced concrete and a latero-cement floor on the first floor. The roof level in its raw state has a surface area of 340 mXNUMX with the presence of several balconies.

The illegal building that was demolished (with subsequent restoration of the original state of the site) is imposing (over 1000 m30 in surface area) and also has a perimeter wall in reinforced concrete approximately 3 metres long on the right and left sides, with a height of approximately XNUMX metres.

The dangerousness of the construction is due to the circumstance that all the illegal construction works were carried out without any criteria and are devoid of any administrative authorization and seismic test-fitness, since the project documents were not filed with the competent Single Building Desk before the start of the works. This causes a danger to the safety of both residents and citizens who frequent the area. The area is covered by various constraints: seismic constraint and non-buildability by the municipal master plan (agricultural zone).
