Sergio Bruni and the Neapolitan song for the second streaming meeting at Liceo Boccioni Palizzi in Naples.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, March 23, at 4:30 pm, the second meeting, titled "Sergio Bruni and Neapolitan Song," will be livestreamed on the Liceo Boccioni Palizzi di Napoli YouTube channel. As reported in a press release, the event paves the way for a broader project, the result of an agreement for transversal skills and orientation (PCTO) between the Pro Loco of Villaricca and the Liceo Boccioni Palizzi di Napoli.
The focus will once again be on the kids
The goal: to introduce young students from various high school courses to an art form, the song, which in the expression of Sergio Bruni, is part of the Neapolitan sentimental and cultural DNA and which has testified to the nature, customs and history of a people. A project aimed at rediscovering the values of a heritage left as a legacy by the Cantore di Villaricca through a careful and meticulous study of the master's works.
The meeting will be introduced by Armando De Rosa, president of the Pro Loco of Villaricca, followed by speeches by Pasquale Scialò, professor of Musicology and History of Music at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples, Raffaele Cardone, professor of Musical Technologies, Eva Sansanelli, granddaughter of Maestro Sergio Bruni, and Salvatore Palomba, poet and essayist.
