FLAICA UNITI CUB Campania: State of agitation declared for Telecom cleaning contract workers in the Campania region employed by Team Service. Workers from the 5 Campania provinces (Southern Lot) ready to protest.

The undersigned Trade Union Organization declares a state of agitation at all Telecom construction sites in the Campania Region for the contracts of multi-services responsible for cleaning the offices. In the contract awarded to the company Team Service Sud, the company continues to not respect the contract specifications signed with the Trade Unions in the application of rotation. For these workers placed in CIGS, the company continues to not pay the necessary contributions to INPS, which would favor a faster disbursement of social safety nets.
The few days of work carried out by the workers are not enough to guarantee a minimum income to be able to live on, all this despite the fact that from this month the contract is much more profitable for the company given the definitive assignment of the works.
The conditions in which the workers have to work today are unacceptable, even going below the limit of compliance with safety regulations, all in the greatest silence on the part of Telecom.
The workers, desperate for this unsustainable situation, decided in the assembly to declare a permanent state of agitation and to start protest actions in order to find a solution to their problem.
