Killed in a condominium dispute in Piscinola: Municipality of Naples civil party
The Court of Assizes of Naples has admitted the Municipality of Naples among the civil parties constituted in the trial against Mauro Severino, accused of having killed Patrizio Falcone, a 42-year-old sailor, in a condominium dispute that broke out in Piscinola, in May 2020.
This was announced in a press release by the councilors for urban security Alessandra Clemente and for the legal profession Rosaria Galiero. The Court of Assizes of Naples, - explains the note - rejecting the exception of the defendant's defense attorney, admitted the constitution of the civil party, therefore recognizing the existence of immediate and direct damage for the Entity causally referable to the defendant's conduct.
"This ruling constitutes an important precedent in the matter of homicidal actions that occurred between private individuals - Clemente and Galiero declare - because such brutal and cruel bloody acts are harmful to the community that the Municipality represents. We are close to the family, the wife and children and we will be at their side in court".
