RSA opens without authorization: blitz by the municipal police. Immediate closure of the facility ordered
He opens an illegally residence for the elderly and gets into trouble. That's what happened to Caserta, in via Fulvio Renella, where the municipal police discovered a residential facility for the elderly open "without any authorization".
The crime was discovered during a raid carried out by municipal police officers, together with an official from the Caserta ASL, on March 24. This investigation revealed that there were two guests and a social-health worker inside the facility, despite the facility not having the authorization to provide the service.
However, the blitz by the municipal police was only the culmination of a story that began on March 3, when the administrator of the company that owns the retirement home had submitted a request for authorization to carry out the service. The inspection by the white helmets was in fact triggered after a 'back and forth' between the company and the Authorizations and Accreditations office of the Social Sector, which lasted about twenty days, due to the transmission of "incomplete documentation" that was never integrated.
