Refrigerant gas cylinders from Bulgaria to Scafati: van seized

Vesuvius State Road. A fine of 4130 euros was issued against him, immediately paid to the Command.

As part of the ordinary control activity on the territory, aimed at ensuring compliance with the rules of the highway code and anti-contagion protocols, the Municipal Police officers, with the commander Salvatore Dionisio, an expert in foreign vehicles, have stopped in recent days, in via Manzoni (near the junction Scafati south of the Vesuvius state road), a van with Bulgarian license plates coming from Greece which was transporting gas cylinders Refrigerant gases, without the necessary authorization.

The driver of the vehicle showed the officers non-compliant documentary evidence, such as to make it impossible to reconstruct the route taken from Greece passing through Bulgaria to Scafati. He was fined 4130 euros which the offender had to pay immediately to avoid the seizure of the vehicle and the goods. The vehicle was, instead, also subjected to administrative detention in Italy for a period of three months.
