Inter-force checks in Somma Vesuviana: over 200 identified
Yesterday the agents of the San Giuseppe Vesuviano Police Station and the military of the Carabinieri and the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza, with the support of the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Unit, the Mobile Unit and the Local Police, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the municipality of Somma Vesuviana in via Pomitella, via San Sossio, via Marigliano, piazza Vittorio Emanuele and via Santa Maria del Pozzo
During the activity, 227 people were identified, 29 of whom had a police record, 171 vehicles were checked and 9 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of insurance coverage, lack of MOT, failure to use seat belts; in addition, 4 people were fined for failure to comply with anti-Covid-19 measures because they were not wearing a mask.
