From their creativity was born the Complete Alphabet of PGI Pasta, the only one with all 26 letters, thus able to stimulate their imagination.
The Pasta Factory, with its IGP Alphabet, continues in this way in its constant research to propose, on the path of tradition and quality, in addition to the classic formats, also the most innovative ones, starting with the “Caccavella”: the largest pasta format in the world.
