ICE TEDDY is back in the news with a new song, now available digitally and on YouTube for Satellite Records, distributed by Believe.
PER PASSIONE is the title of this new work that sees the artist again on an instrumental by the Roman producer LVCVMI, in a sincere and aggressive declaration of intent with which he distances himself from the habits of many of his colleagues in the music world, too distracted by the wrong use of social networks and economic success. In the single, much more street than the previous one, Ice Teddy analyzes his strengths, bringing the attention back to his making art only for passion. On the streets of Rome and Naples, two very important cities for his artistic growth, Ice Teddy retraces his old results, thinking about the next goals to reach and aiming to fill stadiums and streets, only thanks to his strong attitude in writing lyrics and the ability to speak to everyone.
Half in Neapolitan and half in Italian, with PER PASSIONE Ice Teddy starts from Scampia and embraces the rest of the national scene. On the cover, the reference to the iconic shot of the rapper Notorious BIG recalls the artist's goal: starting from his own neighborhood to become a point of reference in today's music.

Passions are for the few: Salvatore Grande, born in 2003, aka Ice Teddy, is a boy who would give his life for music. Neapolitan by origin, he has the talents that distinguish the Campania spirit: a strong cultural imagination behind him and a disruptive creative force. The listening that influences him are many: from local trap to the now very current urban of Latin American and American origin.
Ice Teddy doesn't like to label himself in a musical style or genre that limits him, he prefers to define himself more generally as a singer-songwriter.
The very interesting aspect that characterizes the path that has just begun is the attachment of the fans, which can only be found in that micro-universe made of traditions and culture that is Naples.
Between 2012 and 2019, Ice Teddy studied modern, classical, contemporary and finally Hip Hop dance, an aspect of his life that greatly affects the fluidity of his live performances. In 2019 he released his first singles “E spiegm” and “E vot” which, without the support of a marketing strategy or investments in advertising, nor a vision in general, reached 40.000 views on average with word of mouth alone.
In December 2020, in collaboration with the Roman producer LVCVMI, Ice Teddy released the single 2020, lashing out against violence against women, racism, the consequences of Covid-19, homophobia and other major problems of our time, in a video clip dominated by eclectic shapes and the color black, a streetwear very close to the Japanese one with some sci-fi and genderfluid contamination. In this period he is consolidating his artistic path, synthesizing his extremely heterogeneous and eclectic style, in preparation for the launch of his debut album.
