Two new section presidents arriving at the Naples North Tribunal

The Court of Naples North has two new section presidents.

These are Rossella Marro and Luigi Buono. Marro was appointed unanimously by the CSM plenum, while Buono was appointed by a very large majority (with only one abstention). For the judicial councilor Michele Ciambellini (Unicost) this is "excellent news for the Court of North Naples, which will avail itself of the guidance of two highly esteemed colleagues, certainly up to the difficult organizational and jurisdictional task that awaits them, in a border office like the one in Aversa”.

The CSM plenum also appointed a new President of the Section of the Court of Naples: Tullio Morello was unanimously indicated. Appreciation for the appointment "of a magistrate who boasts a solid curriculum and great experience in the system" was expressed by councilor Antonio D'Amato of Magistratura Indipendente.
