673.390 citizens of Campania have been vaccinated with the first dose. This was reported by the Crisis Unit of the Campania Region.
At the same time, 260.693 citizens have been vaccinated with the second dose. The total number of vaccinations is 934.083. But yesterday and today all fragile dialysis patients in the entire ASL Na1. The operation was successful thanks to the collaboration between the general management of the ASL Na1 and the main accredited private centres and in particular the Nephrocenter. Centers that made their facilities and their medical and nursing staff available while the ASL focused on dialysis patients in public hospitals. This was possible thanks to the use of the Moderna vaccine that could be stored in hospital refrigerators. A similar operation was also carried out at the ASL of Salerno where on the same day with similar methods all dialysis patients were vaccinated. The mortality rate of these patients affected by covid was very high and therefore it was necessary with an urgent operation planned in a week to vaccinate all the patients of the ASL Na1. As done the previous Sunday with all the dialysis patients of the ASL Na 3 Sud.

According to data from the Campania Region crisis unit, to date, vaccinated healthcare workers are at 95,25% (179.640); non-healthcare personnel are at 86,84% (34.574); over-80s are at 73,74% (282.197); guests of RSA are at 89,19% (14.230); the frail, for whom vaccinations started about two weeks ago, are at 45,93% (72.939); school and university personnel are at 82,75% (140.792); law enforcement officers are at 79,57% (27.289). While 182.422 (37,50%) have been vaccinated among the categories over 70 to 79 years of age, cohabitants-caregivers, and personnel external to healthcare facilities.
