A video is going viral in Naples showing a boy of about ten years old at most riding a scooter and, of course, without a helmet.

The images reposted from the page of the regional councilor of the Greens, Francesco Emilio Borrelli were posted on Tik Tok by the father of the little boy who filmed them while he was riding with his son. images accompanied by a background of a neomelodic song.
