The operators, who arrived on site, surprised 8 young Neapolitans between the ages of 23 and 15, intent on consuming food and drinks and sanctioned them for non-compliance with the anti-Covid-19 measures as they were found outside their home and without masks.

On the same afternoon, the police officers of the Commissioner Arenella, while passing through via Nicolardi, identified 9 young people, all minors, who were hanging out in the street and fined them for failure to comply with anti-Covid-19 measures because they were found outside their municipality of residence without a justified reason.
