Sergio Altivalle released from prison for the umpteenth time after 3 escapes
The GIP of the Court of Benevento, Dr. Palmieri, accepting the request of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci jr, has ordered the release of Sergio High Valley, from Benevento, aged 31, granting him house arrest again.
As you may recall, Altivalle had been arrested for allegedly committing the crime of aggravated drug dealing, having sold a multitude of doses to several drug addicts, in November of last year. Altivalle was then granted house arrest.
Subsequently, following 3 escapes from house arrest, Altivalle suffered, however, the worsening of the measure for which he was imprisoned.
Today, however, the GIP released him from prison again, granting him house arrest.
